Overview

The EXALTA Headless Screw System is designed to deliver reliable compression for fracture fixation, osteotomies, joint fusion, and bone reconstruction procedures. A tapered head profile provides strong compression while remaining flush with the bone surface to minimize soft tissue irritation. Cannulated, self-drilling, and self-tapping designs support accurate K-wire guided placement and efficient insertion. The system offers multiple thread lengths, diameters, and cannulation options, with screws available in titanium or stainless steel and compatible with Torx or hex drivers. Sterile and non-sterile configurations support flexible surgical workflows.
