EXALTA TyWedge System

Overview

The EXALTA TyWedge System is designed for internal fixation and angular correction in foot and ankle fractures and osteotomies. The system offers PEEK wedge options, including a TyPEEK titanium plasma sprayed PEEK core, to support fusion while maintaining radiolucency for clear imaging. Optimized tooth geometry and high-friction surfaces provide initial stability, while a large graft window accommodates autograft or allograft material. Simple radiographic markers and dedicated instrumentation support accurate placement and controlled impaction. Implants are available in sterile and non-sterile configurations to support flexible surgical workflows.
